Je kunt je items digitaal uploaden via onze website of per post naar ons opsturen. We sturen je een gratis retourenvelop toe voor het veilig verzenden van je originele items.
Ja, dat is zeker mogelijk! Je kunt hiervoor kiezen in het bestelproces en dan sturen we al je originele items zorgvuldig verpakt terug naar je toe, samen met je nieuwe herinneringenboek.
Van ontvangst van je items tot levering van je boek duurt het gemiddeld 2-3 weken. Dit is afhankelijk van de drukte en de inhoud van je bestelling.
Zeker! Je kunt kiezen uit verschillende formaten, omslagen en lay-outs. Ook kun je aangeven of je bepaalde voorkeuren hebt voor de volgorde of presentatie van je items.
We accepteren foto's, ansichtkaarten, kindertekeningen, diploma's, briefjes, tickets en andere platte herinneringen. Items tot A3-formaat kunnen we makkelijker verwerken. Grotere items dan A3-formaat zijn ook mogelijk maar zijn iets complexer waardoor dit iets langer kan duren. Ben je onzeker of je iets kunt opsturen, neem dan gerust even contact op.

What’s the difference between Tiny Gallery and other apps or personalized book providers?
With most other providers, you need to do everything yourself. You have to photograph or scan your child’s artwork at home, upload and organize all the files, and design the book online. This often takes a lot of time, and the final quality depends on your own photos and technical skills.
With Tiny Gallery, all you have to do is send us the original artwork. We digitize every piece professionally, create a beautiful layout, and print your book with the highest quality. This way, you always receive the best possible keepsake, with no hassle and with the care and expertise of true specialists in children’s art.
Hoe krijg ik mijn items bij jullie?
Je kunt je items op twee manieren aanleveren
1. Opsturen per post
Stuur je items eenvoudig naar onze studio. Na je bestelling ontvang je duidelijke verzendinstructies. We gaan zorgvuldig met alles om. Je kunt ervoor kiezen om je items na afloop weer terug te ontvangen.
2. Digitaal aanleveren
Heb je digitale foto’s of scans? Dan kun je deze eenvoudig digitaal aanleveren. Handig als je alles al digitaal hebt of liever niets opstuurt.
Gebruik bij voorkeur een file transfer service zoals fromsmash.com en stuur je bestanden naar hello@tiny-gallery.com, en vermeld daarbij jouw ordernummer zodat we weten waar jouw items bijhoren.
Goed om te weten
Je kunt bij het plaatsen van je bestelling aangeven of je je items na afloop weer terug wilt laten sturen.
How many works of art can fit in one book?
Our standard books can hold up to 60 artworks. We also have larger options available if you would like to include more works. Please contact us.
How long does it take before I receive my photo book?
After we receive the artwork, it will take approximately 5-7 business days for your book to be produced. The delivery time is then 5-7 business days within the Netherlands.
What is the quality of the photo books?
We use only high quality materials with durable paper and premium binding. The colours are reproduced accurately, so that the vibrancy of the original artwork is preserved.
Is it possible to edit the book afterwards?
Once produced, books cannot be customized. That's why you always get a digital preview to check before your order is finally sent for production.
Can I also send photos?
Sure! You can send us any content you would like to have in the book.
Can I also add captions to a work of art?
Yes you can! If you want to, make sure to add a post-it with the text you want with your artwork.
