After placing your order, Tiny Gallery will provide clear instructions on how to safely deliver your items. Most customers send their memories to us by post, so that we can carefully digitize and process everything. Would you like to deliver your items partially or fully digitally? Then please contact us at hello@tiny-gallery.com after placing your order, so we can discuss the best delivery method together. After processing, we will return your original items neatly to you if desired.
Yes, that is definitely possible! You can choose this during the ordering process, and we will carefully package and return all your original items to you, along with your new memory book.
From receiving your items to delivering your book takes an average of 2-3 weeks. This depends on how busy we are and the contents of your order.
Of course! You choose your preferred size, cover title and font color. You can also specify your preferences for the order and presentation of your items, so that the book perfectly matches your wishes.
We accept photos, postcards, children's drawings, diplomas, notes, tickets and other flat keepsakes. We can process items up to A3 size more easily. Larger items than A3 size are also possible but are slightly more complex, so this may take a little longer. If you are unsure whether you can send something, please feel free to contact us.

What’s the difference between Tiny Gallery and other apps or personalized book providers?
With most other providers, you need to do everything yourself. You have to photograph or scan your child’s artwork at home, upload and organize all the files, and design the book online. This often takes a lot of time, and the final quality depends on your own photos and technical skills.
With Tiny Gallery, all you have to do is send us the original artwork. We digitize every piece professionally, create a beautiful layout, and print your book with the highest quality. This way, you always receive the best possible keepsake, with no hassle and with the care and expertise of true specialists in children’s art.
How do I get my items from you?
You can submit your items in two ways
1. Send by post
Simply send your items to our studio. After placing your order, you will receive clear shipping instructions. We will handle everything with care. You can choose to have your items returned to you afterwards.
2. Submit digitally
Do you have digital photos or scans? Then you can easily submit them digitally. This is convenient if you already have everything digitally or prefer not to send anything by post.
We recommend using a file transfer service such as fromsmash.com and sending your files to hello@tiny-gallery.com, and please include your order number so we know which order your items belong to.
Good to know
When placing your order, you can indicate whether you would like your items returned to you afterwards.
How many works of art can fit in one book?
Our standard books can hold up to 60 artworks. We also have larger options available if you would like to include more works. Please contact us.
How long does it take before I receive my photo book?
After we receive the artwork, it will take approximately 5-7 business days for your book to be produced. The delivery time is then 5-7 business days within the Netherlands.
What is the quality of the photo books?
We use only high quality materials with durable paper and premium binding. The colours are reproduced accurately, so that the vibrancy of the original artwork is preserved.
Is it possible to edit the book afterwards?
Once produced, books cannot be customized. That's why you always get a digital preview to check before your order is finally sent for production.
Can I also send photos?
Sure! You can send us any content you would like to have in the book.
Can I also add captions to a work of art?
Yes you can! If you want to, make sure to add a post-it with the text you want with your artwork.
