SERVICE TERMS – TINY GALLERY

1. Overview

Welcome to Tiny Gallery. Tiny Gallery is a V.O.F. based in the Netherlands and provides a service in which children’s drawings are digitized, photographed and transformed into a personalized art book.

By visiting, using and/or ordering through our website, you agree to these Service Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Product & custom work

A Tiny Gallery art book is a custom-made product. This means:

  • we create a physical book based on your personal drawings

  • every order is unique and cannot be resold to another person

Once we start digitizing and/or photographing, the product is considered in production.

From that moment onward, there is no right to cancellation or refund.

4. Reordering

It is possible to reorder a previously created art book.

Reorders are processed under the same conditions but at a rate of 50 percent of the current retail price.

5. Original drawings

The original drawings we receive:

  • are processed for the production of the art book

  • are not insured by Tiny Gallery

  • are shipped at the customer’s own risk

Returning original drawings after production is possible at an additional cost. These costs depend on size, weight and shipping fees and will be charged to the customer.

6. Digitizing & storage

We digitize and photograph all received drawings.

Digital scans and images are stored so reorders are possible. Tiny Gallery may store these files indefinitely.

We do not become the owner of the drawings. We only receive a license to digitize and process them for the art book.

Use of drawings for marketing purposes (such as social media) will only occur after explicit customer consent (requested through the order form).

7. Delivery & holiday periods

We aim for fast processing and delivery.
During peak seasons (Sinterklaas, Christmas, holidays), delays may occur at carriers.

Tiny Gallery cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date. We always do our best to process and ship as quickly as possible.

8. Prices & payment

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time.

9. Shipping risk

Once products have been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage shifts to the customer.

This applies to:

  • original drawings sent to us

  • the art book shipped from us to you

10. Intellectual property

All content from Tiny Gallery (brands, texts, photos, templates, website) is the property of Tiny Gallery and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use our service for illegal activities, spam, deception or to infringe upon the rights of others.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The most recent version will always be published on this page. Using the service after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
