What’s the difference between Tiny Gallery and other apps or personalized book providers?

With most other providers, you need to do everything yourself. You have to photograph or scan your child’s artwork at home, upload and organize all the files, and design the book online. This often takes a lot of time, and the final quality depends on your own photos and technical skills.

With Tiny Gallery, all you have to do is send us the original artwork. We digitize every piece professionally, create a beautiful layout, and print your book with the highest quality. This way, you always receive the best possible keepsake, with no hassle and with the care and expertise of true specialists in children’s art.

How do I make sure my artworks arrive safely with you?

After placing your order, you will receive shipping instructions and a shipping label from us. Pack the artworks securely in an envelope or box that fits their size and quantity. To make sure you have a suitable box, you can always order the Tiny Gallery box. Make sure everything lies as flat as possible and fill any empty spaces with protective material so nothing can move or get damaged during shipping.

If you have pieces with glitter or loose elements, pack these extra carefully to keep them intact during transport.

How many artworks can fit in one Tiny Gallery book?

Our standard books hold between 18 and 60 artworks, depending on the format and layout. We also have larger options available if you want to include more pieces. In that case, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my photo book?

After we have received the artworks, it takes about 5 to 7 working days to produce your book. Delivery within the Netherlands then takes an additional 5 to 7 working days.

What is the quality of the photo books?

We use only high-quality materials with sustainable paper and premium binding. The colors are reproduced with great accuracy to ensure the vibrancy of the original artworks is preserved.

Can I also send photos and 3D artworks?

Of course! You can send us any content you would like to include in your book.

Can I also add captions to an artwork?

Yes, you can! If you would like to add a caption, simply attach a note with the text you want to appear alongside your artwork.

What kind of artworks work best?

Bright colors and strong contrast look best in the book. Sculptures, three-dimensional art, and artworks with unusual shapes also look fantastic. For collages, the result is best when the image and colors fill the entire frame.

Try not to fold your artworks, since creases and folds are difficult to remove. However, do not throw away anything that is special to you just because it has a few creases or tears. Our team of professional designers can correct many imperfections in Photoshop.

Keep in mind that artworks with low contrast, such as light pencil drawings, do not always come out as clearly. Of course, our designers will always do their best to get the best possible result.

We aim to capture each piece as faithfully as possible. We recommend only sending artworks that can withstand shipping, to avoid any damage to fragile pieces during transit.

Can I include a photo of my child in the book?

Yes, absolutely! By default, we include a cover page with a photo and your child’s first name. You can easily upload the photo using the form you will automatically receive from us after placing your order.

Ordering, shipping and delivery

How long does production and delivery take?

From the moment we receive your artworks, it takes on average 5 to 7 working days to digitize and design your book. After that, production and shipping take another 5 to 7 working days. In total, you can expect to receive your book at home within approximately 14 working days.

We will keep you updated by email throughout the process. If it takes longer than 15 working days, please feel free to contact us.

What does shipping within the Netherlands cost?

You only pay for shipping the artworks to us. Shipping of the finished book is free of charge, we cover these costs.

Can I order multiple copies of my book? How much do they cost?

Yes! Additional copies of your book are 50% off the original price. Just email us at hello@tiny-gallery.com to add them to your order.

Where can I leave a review?

Thank you so much for wanting to leave a review. It really makes us happy. You can share your experience using the link in the automatic review email you received from us once your Tiny Gallery book arrived, or you can leave a review on Google.

Where can I go with a complaint?

At Tiny Gallery, we think it is very important that you are happy with our service. If something did not go as expected, please let us know at hello@tiny-gallery.com.

We promise to respond within five working days and will do our best to find a good solution together.

Will I get the original artworks back after the process is finished?

Yes, you can. In the order form (which you will receive by email after placing your order), simply indicate that you would like the artworks returned. We will make sure they are sent back to you once the process is finished. The return shipping costs depend on your address and will be charged separately via a payment link. Once payment is received, we will return the artworks to you in the same way they were delivered to us.

Would it not be better if I photographed the artworks myself?

You can certainly try it yourself, but in our experience, digitizing children’s art takes a lot of time and can be quite challenging. Scanning or photographing, editing, and designing a book is a time-consuming task, which our designers are happy to handle for you.

At Tiny Gallery, we use professional scanning and camera equipment that captures colors, textures, and details with perfect clarity. You will definitely see the difference in the final result!

Do you use my artworks for marketing purposes?

Only if you give us permission. We never use photos of people.

Most of our marketing content is created by ourselves, but we love the variety of artworks we receive and sometimes like to share them on our website or social media. In the order form you receive after placing your order, you can easily give your consent for this. If you do not give permission, we will not use your artworks for marketing purposes.
