RETURN & REFUND POLICY – TINY GALLERY

Version 1.0 – valid from date of publication on the website


1. Custom product and cancellations

A Tiny Gallery art book is a personalized, custom-made product.
Once we have started digitizing and/or photographing the drawings, cancelling or receiving a refund is no longer possible.

Customers who have placed an order but have not yet submitted any drawings may cancel free of charge within 30 days of purchase and will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the art book.


2. Submitting artwork

The customer has 30 days to send the artwork to us.

If the artwork has not been sent within these 30 days, Tiny Gallery may contact the customer to verify whether the order will continue.


3. Too few drawings submitted

If the customer submits fewer drawings than required, Tiny Gallery will contact the customer and offer the opportunity to send additional drawings.

If the customer does not do so, Tiny Gallery reserves the right to complete the art book using the drawings provided. This may result in drawings being reused multiple times within the art book.


4. Original drawings

If the customer indicates they do not want the original drawings returned:

Tiny Gallery reserves the right to retain and use them for marketing purposes, such as photos and videos.

If the customer does want the original drawings returned, additional shipping costs will be charged. These costs are variable and depend on size, weight and shipping costs of the carrier.

Original drawings are always shipped at the customer’s own risk.


5. Damaged delivery

If an art book is delivered damaged:

  • the customer must report this within 24 hours after receipt

  • with photographic evidence

If it appears that the damage occurred during transport and not through use by the customer, the customer will receive a new art book free of charge.


6. Loss or incorrect address

If an order does not arrive due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address, Tiny Gallery is not liable. Any costs resulting from this are for the customer.


7. Returning an unused shipping box

If the customer does not use the shipping box and returns it unopened and undamaged within 30 days, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price of the art book.

The costs of the shipping box itself (production, procurement and shipping of the box) will not be refunded.


8. Reordering

Reordering a previously ordered art book is possible at a rate of 50 percent of the current retail price.


9. Refund payment method

If a refund applies, Tiny Gallery may issue the refund using any payment method of its choice.
