Marketing use Tiny Gallery reserves the right to use your art books, art collages and other products for marketing purposes (such as on the website, social media and promotional material), unless you explicitly indicate that you do not wish this when placing the order.
Editing of works of art It may be necessary to remove certain materials, such as tape, stickers, clips, staples, glue, nails, string, or other fasteners, in order to properly photograph or scan the art. Artwork may also be detached from a background that is not part of the actual artwork (such as frames or background paper). Removed parts will not be reattached.
Acceptance and reproduction We will do our best to reproduce all submitted work, but reserve the right to refuse certain artwork for scanning or photography.
Quality of reproduction When reproducing folded or rolled artwork, creases, wrinkles or other imperfections may remain visible. Also, keep in mind that printed artwork may appear less bright than on a backlit screen.
Color differences and retouching There may be color differences between the original and the reproduction. We do our utmost to retouch digital files as best as possible, so that the end result is as close as possible to the original. Sometimes colors are enhanced for a more vivid effect. If an artwork has spots, folds or discolorations, please let us know after viewing the proof. After approval of the proof, changes are no longer possible.
Property rights The client retains full ownership of the original artwork. Tiny Gallery reserves the right to use digital reproductions for marketing purposes as described above. Clients may not reuse or distribute the supplied digital files and designs for commercial purposes without written permission from Tiny Gallery.
Payment and start of the process Tiny Gallery will only start the design and processing process after full payment has been received.
Cancellation An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as the artworks have not yet been sent to us. Once the processing process has started, cancellation or refund is no longer possible.
Returns and Refund Policy Tiny Gallery does not offer refunds as all products are custom made. However, please feel free to contact us if there is a problem with your order. Our full return policy can be found on our website.
Replacement of damaged products Tiny Gallery will only replace products that can be demonstrated to have been damaged prior to receipt by the customer.
Loss or damage during shipping We will take every precaution to return your artwork, cards and photographs in the same condition as received, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Price structure The price is based on the number of artworks and other items. The length of the book may vary depending on the type of artwork and how we think it will look best. Some images will have their own page, others will be grouped. Each side of cards, workbooks or booklets counts as a separate artwork.
Changes after pilot design After sending the sample design, up to three minor changes can be made free of charge. A complete re-layout is not included.
Timelines and delivery times We aim to deliver a proof design within 5-7 business days after receipt of artwork. After approval of the design, the final product will be delivered within 5-7 business days (within the Netherlands). For international shipments or large orders, delivery time may be longer.
Shipping costs and customs duties Customers are responsible for shipping charges and any customs duties (for international orders.
The shipping costs you pay at checkout cover the shipping label to send the artwork to us. The shipping of the final product (the book) is included. If you want the original artwork returned, we will charge a separate fee for this.
Digital files and extra copies Upon request, digital versions of your book or collage can be purchased for an additional fee. It is also possible to order additional copies. Contact us for prices and options.
Order of art Do you want your art to be displayed in a specific order? Then divide your work or number each piece. If you want us to arrange this chronologically for you, we will charge an additional fee for this.
Technical errors and reprints In rare cases, an error may occur during printing. This may extend the delivery time. If this happens, we will ensure a free reprint as soon as possible.
Discounts and promotions Discounts during promotions or sales cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
