Refund policy

At Tiny Gallery, all our products are made to order with care and attention. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds. However, if something is wrong with your order – such as damage during shipping – please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll arrange a replacement.

We may ask you to return the damaged item so our production team can investigate the issue. Reprinting a product typically takes 5–7 business days, plus 1–2 days for delivery.

Would you like to request a return or report a problem? Send an email to hello@tiny-gallery.com. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note: returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or custom-made products unless they are delivered damaged or defective.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Because our products are custom-made, the legal 14-day cooling-off period within the EU does not apply.
